About

Deninta 60mg Injection contains the active ingredient Denosumab, a medication used to treat osteoporosis, a condition marked by weakened bones. It is also prescribed to prevent bone-related complications in patients with certain cancers, including multiple myeloma and bone metastases. Deninta works by blocking a protein called RANK ligand, which is involved in bone breakdown. Clinical studies have shown that it can significantly improve bone density and lower the risk of fractures in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and in patients experiencing bone loss due to cancer. Patients with moderate kidney impairment may require close monitoring of renal function during treatment.

Deninta 60mg Injection should not be used by individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D is essential throughout the treatment to support bone health. This injection is not approved for use in children and adolescents, as its safety and efficacy in those under 18 years of age have not been established. Additionally, it should be used with caution in individuals with pre-existing hypoparathyroidism, a condition where the parathyroid hormone levels are abnormally low.
