At MedEhub, we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your medications. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are subject to strict guidelines as outlined below:
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product or does not match your order.
- The product is damaged or expired upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery. If you discover any damage after opening the package, you may return the item for a refund or replacement. However, replacements are subject to product availability and may not be guaranteed. In such cases, a refund will be provided instead. Such issues should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
The product was delivered after the expected date, causing it to be unusable (e.g., for time-sensitive prescriptions).
In case You to want to return a product or products that are not defective (applicable only to items, not subjected to damage during transit), We may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, provided You notify us of such return within 2 days of receipt.
Return eligibility:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Incorrect Orders: Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Batch Number Match: The batch number on the product(s) being returned must match the batch number mentioned on the invoice.
- Prescription Changes: Returns due to changes in medical prescriptions are not permitted.
- Original Packaging: All returned items must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including intact price tags, labels, barcodes, and the original invoice.
- Used Products: Products that have been partially used or consumed are not eligible for return.
Return process:
To initiate a return, customers must adhere to the following steps:
- Notify MedEhub via email within three (3) working days of receiving the product/products.
- The return request email must include:
- Complete order details.
- Specific reason for the return.
- MedEhub may request photographic evidence of the received product/products as a condition for processing the return.
Upon receiving the return request, MedEhub will assess the validity of the claim within three (3) working days. If the claim complies with the Company’s return policy and is deemed valid, MedEhub will begin the process of retrieving the product. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product/products are securely packed in their original manufacturer’s packaging before collection.

Return policy exceptions:
A certain category of products is non-returnable.
· Healthcare devices and products: Injections, Surgical, Health Monitor, Ortho Support
· Medicines :Temperature sensitive products (Cold Chain Products)
: For which Patient Assistance Program has been utilized.
Refund policy:
MedEhub provides a full refund under the following circumstances:
a. The item received is defective;
b. The item(s) were lost or damaged in transit;
c. The item(s) delivered are past their expiry date.
The mode of refund will correspond to the original method of payment. For refunds processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. We regret any inconvenience this timeline may cause; however, it is in accordance with banking policies over which we have no control. For refunds issued through digital wallets, the credited amount should be available within 24 hours.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel the product(s) ordered on the website within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped. Once you verify the confirmation call the cancellation window will be closed with immediate effect.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order under, including but not limited to, the following circumstances:
a. The ordered product(s) are determined to be intended for purposes of commercial resale rather than for personal consumption;
b. Multiple orders for the same product are placed to the same delivery address, suggesting potential misuse;
c. The order comprises an unreasonably large quantity of the same product, indicative of bulk purchasing;
d. The address provided at the time of order placement is found to be invalid, incomplete, or otherwise unverifiable;
e. The order is placed using deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unethical means.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, without incurring any liability, in situations including but not limited to product unavailability, insufficient stock, or inaccuracies in pricing or other order details.
N.B- authorized wholesalers (having drug license) are subjected to be exempted from the above-mentioned terms of the cancellation policy.
