Here’s a general terms and condition that constitute an agreement between the company (www.medehub.in) and a natural or legal person (“you” or “your” and “user”) who accesses and/or uses the website in any manner.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this platform. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act 2000 (IT Act) and being a computer-generated system, it does not require any physical or digital signatures.
The website www.medehub.in (“us” or “we”) is owned and operated by Dialyatech Health Service Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Provisions of Company Act having the registered address at Mirza, Kamrup, Assam 781125.
By accessing our website www.medehub.in and using our services, you agree to be bounded by the terms and conditions set herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms you may refrain from using the website.
Terms of usage:
§ The website (a fully licensed online pharmacy) is an e-platform that facilitates online purchase of pharmaceutical products sold either directly by the company or any third-party manufacturers/distributors and pharmacies.
§ Your access or otherwise any activities on the Website means you agree to the Terms of Use read together with all other policies on the website. Your purchase and use of the products and services from www.medehub.in are fully governed by the terms of use and the policies here in which constitute a legally binding contract, between you (“Customer” or “User”) and the company (www.medehub.in ).
§ Further, by accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by such other rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions as are relevant under the applicable law(s) in India and other jurisdictions for the purposes of accessing, browsing or transacting on the Website/App, or availing any of the Services. A. In order to access or use the Website you must set up/register an account by providing information about yourself in accordance with the procedure established by medehub.in
B. As a part of the registration process, you may be prompted to enter the following information about yourself with an assurance of securing it by our privacy policy.

C. You can use your login ID and password to access your MedEhub account at any time. Credentials shared by you at the time of registration, are referred to as “Account Information”.
D. The registration and use/access of the website is only for an individual who can enter into legally binding contracts as per Indian Contract Act, 1872, i.e. individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and of sound mind, and are not debarred from entering into contracts by any law.
E. www.medehub.in authorizes only a single user to utilize a registered account. For any activities on that account the registered user shall be solely responsible. www.medehub.in will not be liable for any loss incurred to you as a result of your failure/negligence to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
§ F. The user’s account is constantly monitored in order to avoid any fraudulence. Company reserves the right to suspend/delete an account at any time if any information shared by the user are found to be inaccurate, or violation of any terms of use or services with immediate affect without any notice and assigning any reason.

User restrictions:
1. You hereby represent and warrant that:
(a) your use of the Website will be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
(b) all information submitted to the Company through the Website is accurate, truthful, and in accordance with legal requirements;
(c) your use of the Website will not violate any applicable policies, guidelines, or cause harm to any person or entity.
In the event that any information you provide is determined to be false or inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to deny registration, cancel any orders, and restrict your access to the Website and any related services, without prior notice.
Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from third-party actions arising out of your use of the Website.
2. You'll only use the website or app the way it’s intended to be used — through the normal user interface (the actual site or app, as designed).
3. You agree to access and use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations. h. Contains software viruses, malicious code, or any other files, programs, or computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the performance or functionality of any computer system, software, hardware, or related resource.
6. Although we will not be held responsible or accountable for any such actions on your part, violating this clause may result in potential legal action, either from other users of the Website or from us, which could include criminal charges.
7. We can share your information with law enforcement or government authorities if we think it's needed for investigating or solving crimes, especially those involving personal injury. You understand that we may, at our discretion, disclose information (including the identities of people who provide info or materials on the Website) to follow any laws, regulations, or official requests. a. The listing and display of Products on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the Product(s) listed therein, subject to these Terms.

c. binding contract of sale is concluded only when the Product(s) are dispatched and you receive an email and/or SMS confirming such dispatch (“Shipment Confirmation”). Until the Shipment Confirmation is issued, we reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion and without liability.
d. In the event your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, a separate Shipment Confirmation shall be issued for each shipment. Each such confirmation shall form a distinct and independent contract of sale in respect of the Product(s) specified therein.
e. All official communications, including order and shipment updates, will be directed to your registered mobile number and/or email address, or such alternate contact information as may be designated by you for a specific transaction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate and current. While we endeavour to send timely notifications and delivery reminders, we shall not be liable for any failure to do so.
f. Dispensation of Products shall be strictly limited to quantities that correspond to your valid prescription, where applicable. www.medehub.in reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any products available on its website.
g. All orders are subject to (i) product availability; (ii) our acceptance of your offer in accordance with the terms above; and (iii) your continued compliance with these Terms.
h. You expressly authorize us to make declarations to relevant governmental authorities, if required, on your behalf, including but not limited to statements affirming that the Products purchased are for personal, non-commercial use.
Prescription policy:
We follow all applicable laws and regulations with the utmost care when dispensing prescription medications. By placing an order for prescription medicines, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below regarding their purchase:
a. Information on this Website/App is for reference only and not a substitute for medical advice. We are not responsible for any harm caused by reliance on this content.
b. By using this Website, you confirm that you understand the indications, side effects, interactions, and risks of missed or overdosed doses of the medicines you order.
c. The Website facilitates the purchase of prescription medications (“Prescription Drugs”) that are available for sale, subject to the submission of a valid medical prescription issued by a licensed healthcare professional.
d. To proceed with the purchase of Prescription Drugs, users are required to upload a scanned copy of a valid prescription on the Website or alternatively, email it to the Company.
e. The Company will initiate processing of the order only upon receipt and successful verification of the prescription.
f. In the event that the submitted prescription is found to be invalid, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Product pricing and payment policy:
All our product prices are in Indian Rupees and is inclusive of all statutory taxes.
The price of items in your cart will always show the latest price listed on the product page. This may be different from the price when you first added them to your cart or when you place the order. The price listed at the time of placing the order is the final price.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time, including after the submission of an order. The Company further reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any information contained on the Website without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any such changes. Such corrections or updates shall become effective immediately upon posting.
To facilitate payment processing, the Company may require you to provide certain financial and banking information, including but not limited to your bank account details, debit card number, or credit card number.

Return and refund policy:
Users are hereby advised to carefully review the Returns and Refund Policy as published on the Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and shall govern all purchases and transactions related to the Products procured from the Company.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel the product(s) ordered on the website within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been shipped. Once you verify the conformation call the cancellation window will be closed with immediate effect.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order under, including but not limited to, the following circumstances:
a. The ordered product(s) are determined to be intended for purposes of commercial resale rather than for personal consumption;
b. Multiple orders for the same product are placed to the same delivery address, suggesting potential misuse;
c. The order comprises an unreasonably large quantity of the same product, indicative of bulk purchasing;
d. The address provided at the time of order placement is found to be invalid, incomplete, or otherwise unverifiable;
e. The order is placed using deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unethical means.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, without incurring any liability, in situations including but not limited to product unavailability, insufficient stock, or inaccuracies in pricing or other order details.
N.B- authorized wholesalers (having drug license) are subjected to be exempted from the above-mentioned terms of the cancellation policy.

The Company shall not be held liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, the User’s computer equipment, mobile device, or other property as a result of the User’s access to, use of, or browsing within the Website
While the Company has undertaken reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Website at the time of posting, the Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or remove any content from the Website at any time without prior notice.
