Evergraf 0.5mg Tablet is an antineoplastic medication from the class of mTOR kinase inhibitors, containing the active ingredient everolimus. It is prescribed for the treatment of advanced breast cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (tumors located in the brain ventricles). Since this medicine may cause mouth sores or ulcers, maintaining good oral hygiene and scheduling regular dental check-ups are recommended. In the treatment of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma, it is sometimes used in combination with cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent.

Evergraf 0.5mg Tablet increases the risk of bacterial and viral infections. Patients with a history of Hepatitis B may be at risk of reactivation. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, yellowing of the skin, joint pain, or swelling during treatment.
