About

POMALIREL 4MG TAB is an immunomodulatory agent (IMiD) with direct anti-myeloma, anti-angiogenic, and immunomodulatory activities. It works by directly inhibiting the proliferation and inducing apoptosis of hematopoietic tumor cells, enhancing T cell and natural killer (NK) cell-mediated immunity, and inhibiting pro-angiogenic cytokines. This multifaceted action makes it highly effective in the treatment of relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, particularly in patients who have received at least two prior therapies, including lenalidomide and bortezomib, and have demonstrated disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last therapy. Its oral administration offers convenience, and it is often used in combination regimens to maximize therapeutic benefit.

Directions For Use
