Sorafenat 200mg Tablet is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient Sorafenib. It is prescribed for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer), advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) in patients who are not candidates for surgery, and differentiated thyroid cancer in individuals who do not respond to radioactive iodine therapy.

Common side effects of Sorafenat 200mg Tablet include diarrhea, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, weakness, skin rashes, flu-like symptoms, loss of appetite, weight loss, and low blood calcium levels. Notify your doctor if any of these side effects become bothersome or persist.

Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you are allergic to Sorafenat or any of its components. Also, let your physician know if you have any heart conditions, chest pain, bleeding issues, high blood pressure, or if you have recently had or are planning to undergo surgery. Women should use effective contraception during treatment and for at least 6 months after the final dose, while men should continue contraception for 3 months after completing therapy.
