About

Tarzed 440mg Injection is a recombinant DNA-derived humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) protein. It binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of HER2, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of human tumor cells that overexpress this receptor. HER2 overexpression is a key driver in certain aggressive cancers, particularly breast and gastric cancers. Tarzed works by blocking HER2 signaling pathways, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, and also by mediating antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
