About

This medication is a triple-action formulation designed to provide comprehensive relief from pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. It contains Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) acts primarily in the central nervous system to elevate the pain threshold and reduce fever, offering effective analgesic and antipyretic properties. Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant, acts on GABAergic and glycinergic receptors, primarily at the spinal cord level, to alleviate painful muscle contractions and spasms without causing significant sedation.

This combination is particularly effective in managing various musculoskeletal conditions, including sprains, strains, low back pain, and other inflammatory conditions accompanied by muscle rigidity, promoting improved mobility and faster recovery.

  • Pregnancy - Consult a doctor. NSAIDs are generally avoided in late pregnancy. Thiocolchicoside is contraindicated. Use only if clearly necessary and benefits outweigh risks.
  • Breastfeeding - Consult a doctor. Components may pass into breast milk; use with caution. Thiocolchicoside is generally not recommended.
  • Liver - Use with caution in patients with liver impairment due to the metabolism of paracetamol and aceclofenac; regular monitoring may be required.
  • Kidney - Use with caution. Aceclofenac can impair renal function. Dose adjustments may be necessary in patients with kidney disease.
  • Lung - Generally safe, but caution if respiratory depression is a concern with muscle relaxants, especially in severe lung conditions.
