About

Acabrunat 100mg Capsule is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient Acalabrutinib. It belongs to a class of drugs known as Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors. This medicine is used to treat mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)—types of cancers that affect white blood cells called lymphocytes, which are part of the immune system. These conditions differ based on the type of lymphocytes involved and the location of the cancer.

Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have had recent surgery, bleeding issues, heart rhythm disorders, or any infections, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This medication is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.

Acabrunat 100mg Capsule may increase the risk of bleeding. Patients should be closely monitored for any signs of bleeding and should avoid using other medications that may further raise bleeding risk, such as anticoagulants (blood thinners).
