BILKRO M TAB is a combination medication containing Bilastine, a novel, highly selective H1-antihistamine, and Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Bilastine provides rapid and long-lasting relief from allergic symptoms such as sneezing, nasal discharge, ocular itching, and urticaria, with a low potential for sedation. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes, which are key inflammatory mediators involved in allergic rhinitis and asthma, thereby reducing inflammation and bronchoconstriction. Directions For Use
