About

Erykine 10000IU Injection contains recombinant human erythropoietin alfa (epoetin alfa) as its active ingredient. It belongs to a class of medications known as erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs). This injection is used to treat anemia caused by chronic kidney disease (CKD), chemotherapy in cancer patients, or HIV treatment involving zidovudine. Additionally, it helps reduce the need for red blood cell transfusions in patients at high risk of blood loss due to planned surgeries or medical procedures.

Erykine 10000IU Injection should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to the drug or any of its components, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA), pure red cell aplasia (PRCA), uncontrolled seizures, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Caution is advised when administering this medication to patients with a history of blood clots, heart disease, stroke, kidney or liver disorders, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia, or cancer. In children under 18, it should only be used if the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Older adults should be closely monitored for side effects while on this medication. It is essential to consult your doctor to fully understand the risks and benefits before starting treatment with Erykine 10000IU Injection.
