About

Hersima 150mg Injection contains Trastuzumab as its active ingredient and is primarily used in the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. In these patients, cancer cells have an overexpression of HER2 proteins, which promote the rapid growth and spread of tumors. This medication is also indicated for the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer in individuals with elevated HER2 protein levels.

HER2-positive breast cancers tend to be more aggressive. Targeted therapy with Hersima works by specifically blocking the HER2 proteins responsible for cancer growth, development, and metastasis. Effective contraception is strongly advised during treatment and for at least seven months after the final dose to avoid pregnancy.

Hersima 150mg Injection is not recommended for patients under the age of 18, or for those with severe respiratory issues or requiring oxygen therapy. Inform your doctor if you have any heart conditions, breathing difficulties, or if you've previously undergone cancer treatments. Additionally, ensure your physician is aware of all medications you're taking, including supplements and herbal remedies, before starting this therapy.
