About

Lastet 50 Capsule is used to treat various types of cancer, including cancers of the lung and testicles. In some cases, it may also be used to treat other types of cancer in both men and women. This medication can be administered alone or in combination with other drugs as part of a chemotherapy regimen.

It should be taken on an empty stomach, ideally at the same time each day, to ensure maximum benefit. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully regarding dosage and frequency, which will depend on your specific condition and treatment response. Swallow the capsule whole with water, and continue taking it for as long as your doctor prescribes. As this medicine can weaken your immune system, it’s advisable to avoid close contact with individuals who have infections like the cold or flu.

Common side effects may include low platelet count, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, and anemia (a reduction in red blood cells). If these effects are troublesome or seem severe, inform your doctor—there may be ways to manage or reduce them. It's also crucial to use reliable contraception during treatment to avoid pregnancy or fathering a child.

Before starting Lastet 50 Capsule, inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, or if you’ve undergone radiation therapy. Make sure to discuss any other medications you are taking, as some may interfere with the effectiveness or safety of this treatment. If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, let your doctor know. Regular monitoring of your blood cell counts and liver function may be required during treatment.
