About

Taxhal 30mg Injection is a cytotoxic agent belonging to the taxane class, commonly used in chemotherapy. It exerts its antineoplastic effects by promoting the assembly of microtubules from tubulin dimers and stabilizing them, preventing their depolymerization. This action disrupts the dynamic reorganization of the microtubule network, which is crucial for vital cellular functions like mitosis and interphase processes. Consequently, cancer cells are arrested in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, leading to inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis. This formulation is typically administered intravenously for various cancer indications.
