About 

Zynesp 200mcg injection contains Darbepoetin Alfa, a hematopoietic growth factor classified as an antineoplastic agent. It is primarily used to treat anemia (a condition characterized by low red blood cell count) in patients with chronic kidney disease. It is also prescribed to manage anemia caused by chemotherapy in individuals with certain types of cancer. Common symptoms of anemia include fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath.

Avoid using Zynesp 200mcg injection if you are allergic to Darbepoetin Alfa or any of its components, or if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, anemia, a history of seizures or epilepsy, liver problems, latex allergy, or hepatitis C. You should also notify your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe headache, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, vision problems, nausea, vomiting, or seizures after receiving this medication. Common side effects may include high blood pressure, shortness of breath, leg swelling, and cough.

Lungs -
It is unknown whether Zynesp 200mcg injection can be used in patients with lung disorders. Consult your doctor if you have any lung diseases before starting the treatment.
