PAZOREL 200MG TAB is a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that plays a crucial role in oncology. It works by blocking the activity of several kinases involved in angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) and tumor growth, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, -2, -3), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR-α/β), and c-Kit. This comprehensive inhibition disrupts the signaling pathways essential for cancer cell proliferation and survival, as well as the blood supply to tumors.
