About

Taxhal 100mg Injection is a standard-dose taxane-based chemotherapy agent, administered intravenously for the treatment of various malignancies. Its mechanism of action involves stabilizing microtubules by binding to tubulin, thereby preventing their depolymerization. This disruption of the dynamic equilibrium of the microtubule system is critical for cell division and other cellular functions. By arresting cancer cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, Taxhal inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. This cytotoxic effect makes it a valuable therapeutic option, often used alone or in combination with other agents, to manage and control tumor growth.
