Farmorubicin 10mg Injection contains Epirubicin Hydrochloride, an antineoplastic agent from the anthracycline class. It is primarily used as adjuvant therapy in combination with other drugs to treat breast cancer in patients who have undergone tumor removal surgery. Additionally, it is effective in treating cancers of the breast, ovaries, stomach, bowel, and lungs, as well as blood-related cancers such as malignant lymphomas, leukemias, and multiple myeloma.

This injection should not be used if you are allergic to Epirubicin or any of its components, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have severe liver or bladder disorders. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney issues, have recently received a vaccination, or are experiencing acute toxicities such as mouth inflammation, low white blood cell or platelet counts, or active infections. Farmorubicin 10mg Injection may increase the risk of blood clots.

This medicine may affect fertility in both men and women. If you are planning to conceive, discuss it with your doctor. Sexually active individuals should use effective contraception during treatment to avoid pregnancy. Your doctor will conduct regular blood tests to monitor your response to the medication. Common side effects include a decrease in white blood cells and platelets, irregular menstrual cycles, fatigue, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, eye infections, skin rashes, or itching.
