About

Lenvat 4 mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Lenvatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is prescribed for the treatment of progressive or advanced thyroid cancer when radioactive iodine therapy is no longer effective. Additionally, it is used in patients with previously untreated liver cancer who are not suitable candidates for surgical treatment.

Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of thyroid cancer, typically affects individuals over the age of 60. It is often associated with a hard, enlarged thyroid gland and voice changes caused by nerve involvement in the voice box. Hepatocellular carcinoma, the most common type of liver cancer, usually arises in people with underlying liver conditions such as cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B.

Lenvat 4 mg Capsule should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to Lenvatinib or any of its ingredients. Patients are advised to inform their dentist or oral surgeon before undergoing any dental procedures, as this medication may slow wound healing and increase the risk of bleeding.
