About

Palbo 125mg Capsule is a targeted cancer therapy containing the active ingredient palbociclib. It belongs to a class of anticancer drugs known as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. This medication is used to treat hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer—meaning the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Palbo 125mg is usually prescribed in combination with specific other anticancer treatments.

Common side effects of Palbo 125mg Capsule may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair thinning or loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, mouth and lip swelling, changes in taste, dry eyes, blurred vision, and excessive tearing. Contact your doctor if any of these side effects are persistent or bothersome.

Let your healthcare provider know if you are allergic to Palbo 125mg Capsule or any of its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have any signs of infection (such as fever, chills, or sore throat), or if you have liver or kidney problems, or a known intolerance to certain sugars. If you develop symptoms such as a dry cough, chest pain, or difficulty breathing, seek medical advice immediately, as these may indicate lung inflammation.

Also, inform your doctor about all the medications, supplements, and herbal products you are currently taking before beginning treatment. Women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment and for at least three weeks after the final dose. This medication is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
