This medicine is used to treat hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer, which means the cancer has spread to other areas of the body. Common side effects of Piclib 100mg may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of the lips and mouth, changes in taste, dry eyes, blurred vision, and excessive tearing.
