Palbace 100mg Tablet is a targeted anticancer medication that contains the active ingredient palbociclib. Common side effects of Palbace 100mg Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, skin rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, mouth or lip sores, altered taste, dry eyes, blurred vision, and excessive tearing.
