About

Palnox 0.25mg Injection is an antiemetic medication classified as a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, containing the active ingredient Palonosetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or post-surgery recovery. Nausea is typically described as stomach discomfort accompanied by the urge to vomit.

This injection is often administered alongside anticancer medications or during postoperative recovery, typically within 24 hours after surgery.

Common side effects may include hives, facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and chest pain. Inform your healthcare provider if these symptoms are bothersome or persist longer than expected.

Before receiving Palnox 0.25mg Injection, inform your doctor if you have a history of chronic constipation, bowel obstruction, heart conditions, or electrolyte imbalances (such as low potassium or magnesium levels). This medication should not be used in individuals allergic to Palonosetron. Additionally, let your physician know about all other medications, including herbal supplements, that you are currently taking to avoid potential interactions.
