About

Xpreza 200mg Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of certain types of blood cancers, particularly in adult patients with all subtypes of Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). Your doctor may also recommend it for other conditions, depending on your medical needs.

You can take Xpreza 200mg Tablet with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and frequency based on your condition, and this may vary over time. It is important to follow your doctor’s instructions precisely, as incorrect use or overdose can lead to serious side effects. It might take weeks or months to notice improvements, so do not stop the treatment unless advised by your doctor.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, weakness, and fever. Inform your doctor if these symptoms persist or become severe—there may be ways to manage or minimize them. Avoid getting vaccinated without your doctor’s consent during the course of this treatment. Routine blood tests will be necessary to monitor your blood counts and the function of your heart, liver, and kidneys.

Before starting treatment, inform your physician if you have any liver or kidney issues or if you are taking medications to treat infections. Xpreza 200mg Tablet can interact with other medications, so disclose all medicines and supplements you are using. This medication is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
