Zynesp 100mcg injection contains Darbepoetin Alfa, an antineoplastic agent classified as a hematopoietic growth factor. It is prescribed to treat anemia (a condition marked by low red blood cell count) in individuals with chronic kidney disease. It is also used to manage anemia caused by chemotherapy in patients with certain types of cancer. Common symptoms of anemia include fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath.
Do not use Zynesp 100mcg injection if you are allergic to Darbepoetin Alfa or any of its components, or if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
