About

ANFOE 4000 IU INJ is a recombinant human erythropoietin, a glycoprotein that stimulates red blood cell production in the bone marrow. It is clinically indicated for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney disease, chemotherapy, and certain other conditions where erythropoietin deficiency or impaired response is a contributing factor to low red blood cell counts.

By mimicking the action of natural erythropoietin, ANFOE helps to increase hemoglobin levels and red blood cell mass, thereby reducing the need for blood transfusions and improving symptoms related to anemia, such as fatigue and shortness of breath. Its administration requires careful monitoring of hemoglobin levels and iron status.
