About

CILAHEART 10 contains Cilnidipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker primarily used for the treatment of essential hypertension. Cilnidipine exerts its antihypertensive effect by selectively blocking both L-type and N-type voltage-dependent calcium channels. The blockade of L-type channels in vascular smooth muscle leads to vasodilation, reducing peripheral vascular resistance and consequently lowering blood pressure.
