About

Epichlor 10mg Injection is a potent anthracycline cytotoxic agent used in cancer therapy. It acts by multiple mechanisms, including intercalation into DNA, inhibition of topoisomerase II, and generation of free radicals. These actions lead to DNA damage, inhibition of DNA and RNA synthesis, and ultimately, the induction of apoptosis in rapidly proliferating cancer cells. Epichlor is administered intravenously and is a cornerstone in the treatment of various solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Its broad-spectrum activity makes it valuable in both adjuvant and neoadjuvant settings, as well as for metastatic disease. Due to its systemic effects, careful monitoring of cardiac function and blood counts is crucial throughout the treatment period.
