About

Myciclib 75mg Capsule is a targeted therapy medicine that contains palbociclib as its active ingredient. It belongs to a class of anti-cancer drugs called cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors. It is prescribed to treat hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body). This medication is typically used in combination with other anticancer agents. Cancer occurs when cells grow and divide uncontrollably and abnormally.

Common side effects of Myciclib 75mg Capsule may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, hair loss, dry skin, rash, infections, nosebleeds, reduced appetite, low blood cell counts, swelling of the lips and mouth, taste changes, dry eyes, blurred vision, and increased tearing. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects become bothersome or do not go away.

Before starting treatment, inform your healthcare provider if you are allergic to palbociclib or any other ingredients in the capsule. It is also important to disclose if you have a history of infections (such as fever, chills, or sore throat), liver or kidney problems, or intolerance to certain sugars. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop a dry cough, chest pain, or breathing difficulties, as these may be signs of lung inflammation.

Tell your doctor about all medications, including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal products, that you are currently taking. Use reliable birth control during treatment and for at least three weeks after your last dose. Myciclib 75mg Capsule is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
