Side effects
Serious:
- Tear in the retina (layer at the back of the eye)
- Flashes of light in the vision
- Temporary vision loss
- Clouding of the eye lens (cataract)
- Infection inside the eyeball (endophthalmitis)
Common:
- Eye pain and swelling
- Eye bleeding
- Blurred vision
- Eye discharge
- Skin rashes
- Urinary tract infection
Safety Measures
Alcohol - The safety of consuming alcohol while using Ranizurel 0.5mg Injection is not known. Inform your doctor if you regularly consume alcohol or have a history of alcohol use.
Pregnancy - Ranizurel 0.5mg Injection is not recommended during pregnancy, as it may pose a risk to the unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant during treatment. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for at least three months after the final dose.
Breastfeeding - Ranizurel 0.5mg Injection should not be used in breastfeeding women because the medicine passes into the breast milk in small amounts and may harm your baby. Inform your physician if you are breastfeeding.
Liver - The safety of Ranizurel 0.5mg Injection in patients with liver disorders is not well established. Inform your doctor if you have any liver-related conditions before starting the treatment.
Kidney - Ranizurel 0.5mg Injection has no known direct effects on the kidneys. However, inform your doctor if you have any existing kidney conditions before starting treatment.
