This medication is primarily used to prevent organ rejection in patients who have undergone organ transplants, such as kidney, heart, or liver transplants. It is typically prescribed as part of a combination therapy with other immunosuppressive agents.

This medication is contraindicated during pregnancy due to its potential to cause birth defects and miscarriage. It should only be used in pregnant women when no suitable alternatives are available and the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Women of childbearing potential are strongly advised to use effective contraception while on this medication. Live vaccines should be avoided during treatment with Mycofit S 360mg Tablet because the immune response may be weakened, increasing the risk of infection.
