About

PINOM 20MG TAB contains Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used for the treatment of essential hypertension. Olmesartan works by selectively blocking the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, which is responsible for the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II.
