AMLOSAFE 3D Tablet is a triple combination therapy designed for the comprehensive management of essential hypertension, particularly in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by dual therapy. It combines Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker), Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker), and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels, Telmisartan blocks vasoconstriction and aldosterone effects, and Hydrochlorothiazide increases the excretion of sodium and water.
