About

Hepbest 25 mg Tablet is an antiviral medication containing the active ingredient Tenofovir alafenamide, used to treat chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Hepatitis B is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus. Before starting Hepbest 25 mg Tablet, discuss with your doctor the necessary precautions to prevent spreading the infection to others. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease, liver disease, or HIV. Use of this medication may cause side effects such as lactic acidosis (excessive acid buildup) and hepatomegaly (enlarged liver).

This medicine is not recommended for patients weighing less than 35 kg. Since it contains lactose, consult your doctor if you have sugar intolerance before taking it. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not stop taking Hepbest 25 mg Tablet without your doctor’s guidance, as this could worsen your condition. The safety and effectiveness of this medication may vary in pediatric patients compared to adults, so dosage adjustments and close monitoring might be required for children and elderly patients.
