Rituxirel 500mg Injection contains rituximab as its active ingredient and is used to treat several medical conditions in adults. It is also indicated for the treatment of granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis, inflammatory conditions of the blood vessels that primarily affect the lungs and kidneys, in both adults and children aged two years and above. Additionally, the injection is used to manage moderate to severe pemphigus vulgaris, an autoimmune disorder that leads to painful blisters on the skin and mucous membranes of the mouth, throat, nose, and genitals.

This medication belongs to a class known as anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies.
