About

Tenofovir Alafenamide (TAF) is a novel prodrug of tenofovir, a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI), used for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection and chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
