About

TELMIKIND 80 contains Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) widely used for the treatment of essential hypertension and for cardiovascular risk reduction. Telmisartan exerts its therapeutic effects by selectively blocking the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, which is found in various tissues including vascular smooth muscle and the adrenal gland.
