Trulicity 1.5mg Injection contains dulaglutide, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Administered as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection, it mimics the action of natural incretin hormones. Dulaglutide stimulates glucose-dependent insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells, suppresses glucagon secretion from alpha cells, slows gastric emptying, and promotes a feeling of fullness. Directions For Use
