About

Brcaone 150mg Tablet is an anticancer medication classified as a PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase) inhibitor, containing Olaparib as the active ingredient. It is used in the treatment of pancreatic and prostate cancers and may be prescribed alone or alongside other anticancer therapies.

This medication should not be taken if you are allergic to Olaparib or any of its other components. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing. Your doctor will monitor your blood counts before and monthly during treatment, as Brcaone can lower red and white blood cells as well as platelets. Inform your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions involving the lungs, liver, heart, or kidneys before starting treatment.

Brcaone 150mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy, as it may harm the fetus and increase the risk of miscarriage. Women of childbearing potential should undergo a pregnancy test before starting treatment and use effective birth control during therapy and for at least six months after it ends. Breastfeeding is not advised during treatment and should be avoided because it is not known if the drug passes into breast milk. Additionally, men are advised not to donate sperm for at least three months following the completion of therapy.

Make sure to inform your doctor about all medications you are currently taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements, before beginning treatment with Brcaone 150mg Tablet.
