Brcaone 100mg Tablet is an anticancer medication that belongs to the class of PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase) inhibitors and contains Olaparib as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of pancreatic and prostate cancers, and may be administered alone or in combination with other anticancer therapies.

This medicine should not be taken if you are allergic to Olaparib or any of its components. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing. Your doctor will perform blood tests before and monthly during treatment, as Brcaone can reduce red and white blood cell counts as well as platelets. Inform your healthcare provider if you have any existing conditions affecting the lungs, liver, heart, or kidneys before beginning treatment.

Brcaone 100mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy, as it may harm the fetus and increase the risk of miscarriage. Women of childbearing age should take a pregnancy test before starting the medication and continue to use effective contraception for at least six months after completing treatment. Breastfeeding is not advised during treatment, as it is unknown whether the drug passes into breast milk. Additionally, men should avoid donating sperm for at least three months after completing therapy.
