About

Olpaza 100mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine that belongs to a class of drugs known as PARP (poly \[adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase) inhibitors. It contains the active ingredient Olaparib and is used in the treatment of pancreatic and prostate cancers. This medication may be used alone or alongside other anticancer treatments.

You should not take Olaparib if you are allergic to it or any of the other ingredients in the tablet. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, a fast heartbeat, fever, cough, or wheezing. Your doctor will perform blood tests before starting the treatment and continue to monitor them monthly, as Olpaza may lower your red and white blood cell counts and platelets. Be sure to inform your healthcare provider if you have any history of lung, liver, heart, or kidney problems before starting this medication.

Olpaza 100mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy, as it may harm the unborn baby and increase the risk of miscarriage. Women of childbearing age are advised to undergo a pregnancy test before starting treatment and to use reliable contraception during therapy and for at least six months after the last dose. Breastfeeding is not advised during treatment, as it is unclear whether the medicine passes into breast milk. Additionally, men should avoid donating sperm for at least three months after completing the treatment. It is important to inform your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements.
